With private strength and conditioning and personal training, you will be working with Zach 1-on-1 at Big Mountain Barbell or at your home in the Salt Lake Valley. In addition to getting live coaching, you will receive a program personalized for your goals, as well as nutrition consultation to help you perform and feel your best. Each session is 60-75 minutes long.
There are two pricing options for private strength and conditioning and personal training.
4 Week Option
With this option, you will pay for 4 weeks of training at a time. Prices are as follows:
- 2 sessions/week = $500.00 ($62.50/session)
- 3 sessions/week = $660.00 ($55.00/session)
- 4 sessions/week = $760.00 ($47.50/session)
12 Week Option
With this option, you will pay for 12 weeks of training at a time. This option provides a discounted per session rate. Prices are as follows:
- 2 sessions/week = $1,320 ($55.00/session)
- 3 sessions/week = $1,710 ($47.50/session)
- 4 sessions/week = $1,920 ($40.00/session)
