Semi-private strength and conditioning and personal training is for people looking to workout in a team atmosphere. All people in the training session will be following the same program with small individual changes made for each person as needed. Nutrition consultation is also offered to help you perform and feel your best. All training sessions will take place at Big Mountain Barbell or at your home in the Salt Lake Valley. Each session is 60-75 minutes long.
Pricing for semi-private strength and conditioning and personal training is only offered in a 4 week option and is as follows:
- 2 sessions/week = $400.00 ($50.00/session)
- 3 sessions/week = $540.00 ($45.00/session)
- 4 sessions/week = $640.00 ($40.00/session)
